..... The potential new members, in order to gain entrance to the Association, have to be presented to the Scientific Committee by a member who joined the Association for at least 5 years.

The Scientific Committee, weighted up the curricula of the new potential members, deliberates by a majority to invite the suggested person to participate as a member to the life of the Association.
